PRIME STeP (Promoting Research and Innovation through Modern and Efficient Science and Technology Parks) adalah proyek pengembangan Kawasan Sains dan Teknologi di empat PTN BH—IPB, ITB, UGM, dan UI—yang didukung dana hibah dari Asian Development Bank untuk periode 2023-2027. Proyek ini bertujuan mendorong hilirisasi hasil riset dan teknologi di perguruan tinggi, dengan dukungan aplikasi SIPRIME yang dirancang untuk membantu monitoring proyek, memantau progres pengembangan startup dan penelitian, serta pembangunan sarana dan prasarana di kampus secara efisien dan terintegrasi.
